Grace brings a seemingly infinite supply of brilliant programming talent to Leaping Brain Labs. As lead developer, she handles coding on four released products and some secret ones. Shhh! She also manages technical support, sushi awards and a myriad of other responsibilities.

Michelle Mellicker • CFO/COO

Michelle helped pioneer video-based software training in the early 1990′s. As co-founder of DVcreators.net, she has helped hundreds of thousands of companies, universities, cable channels, government agencies, non-profits and digital video creators improve the quality of their video production and workflow.

Michelle manages operations and financial matters.

Josh Mellicker • Product Architect/President/CEO

Josh has been recognized as one of the foremost experts, pioneers, trainers and consultants in the digital video industry for over 15 years, helping guide companies like Apple, Canon, Intel and countless others through the brave new world of digital media.

Josh is a visionary and perfectionist, and his passion about the perfect user experience has manifested itself in the elegant, user-friendly design of Leaping Brain solutions.

Amanda Harkins • Project Manager

Amanda oversees a plethora of projects, handles scheduling, communications and co-ordination and keeps our team running at maximum efficiency. She enjoys reading, photography, and road trips. Though Amanda grew up in Georgia, she doesn’t like peaches.

Guy Cochran • Producer

Guy has taught digital video production around the globe in 40 cities in four countries, being featured as a trainer at major industry trade shows, and doing consulting and training for companies like Warner Brothers, Cartoon Network, & CNN. Guy produces courses, recruits authors and manages the entire production process from brainstorm through final delivery.
