Full-time Web Developer

We need a LAMP developer who is also familiar with ExtJS. General Javascript/AJAX/MySQL expertise necessary.

We need a sharp, fast, resourceful, ambitious, dedicated developer to join our core team in our fun and fast-paced Los Feliz headquarters working alongside some of the most respected digital media pioneers and visionaries in the industry. Your mission, should you decide to accept it: To help us take over the world with a new digital media distribution platform that will revolutionize the future of premium video content delivery.

Any project management, marketing, graphics, tech support, or video production experience a huge plus.

We need someone who:

Office Administrator/Marketing Assistant

We need a sharp, fast, efficient, resourceful, web-savvy, dedicated, multi-talented office admin/assistant to support our core team in our Los Feliz headquarters working alongside some of the most respected digital media pioneers and visionaries in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• marketing outreach
• maintaining and updating WordPress websites
• updating social media
• locating and screening outsourced talent and managing outsourced marketing projects
• whatever else is needed to accomplish our goals and mission.

Any marketing, web development, graphics, tech support, programming, sales or video production experience a huge plus.

Skills:

• extremely computer-proficient in OS X
• team player

• knowledgeable about WordPress, themes and plugins

Business Development/Sales Representative – DVD publishing industry

We are seeking an experienced Business Development/Sales Representative with current, high-level contacts in the special interest/educational DVD publishing industry. Greatly prefer 5+ years working closely with medium to large DVD publishers, in genres such as health/workout, professional training, consumer instruction, special interest and/or child development. Experience with or knowledge of specialized channels like corporate training and higher education DVD markets preferred as well.

The ideal candidate will have been one or more of the following:

• any position in which you built a network of high level contacts at DVD publishing companies
• a high level executive for a large DVD publisher
• a DVD buyer for a retailer like Walmart, Costco, or Target; or a DVD buyer for a large mail order reseller
• an executive or sales rep for disc replication, with recent contacts at many large DVD publisher clients

You will be helping DVD publishers transition to the Digital Age by setting them up with a complete, turnkey system that allows them to deliver their video titles via secure download, in a catalog and player with the client’s branding. Setup costs are minimal, and in virtually every case, utilizing this system will save DVD publishers time and money and substantially increase their sales, thereby increasing profitability of their entire video publishing operation.

Qualifications:

Must be able to:

• efficiently identify prospects from contact list and and web searches and networking
• schedule calls and meetings with decisionmakers
• demonstrate our platform, over screen sharing connection or in person
• answer technical questions
• close sales with target clients
• serve as a liaison to signed clients when needed
• identify potential partnerships and business opportunities and refer to executive team

Prefer New York or LA, but any location considered. Travel when needed.
