What is Craniumnet?
“CraniumNet” is our partner network of authors, publishers, affiliates and ambassadors who are all connecting with the revolutionary MOD Machine content delivery system to create the premier knowledge sharing network on the planet.
What is an Ambassador?
An Ambassador is an independent agent who recruits and works with CraniumNet partners. They are paid a percentage of the sales of the partners they recruit.
They are called “Ambassadors”, rather than agents or account executives, because each Ambassador, like an ambassador to a nation, represents CraniumNet’s mission, message, brand, ideals, philosophy and unique vision to all they contact.
Does this sound like you?
- “people person” and excellent networker
- persuasive visionary, entrepreneur and dealmaker
- driven, high energy, motivated self-manager who does not need or want supervision, yet works well with team CraniumNet
- wants an income stream only limited by their imagination, contacts and ability to achieve results
- someone who truly understands the Information Revolution and CraniumNet’s vision
- devoted to helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals through knowledge sharing
Ambassador mission #1: Sign up Special Interest Video publishers
Have you worked in a sales or management position for a DVD/Blu-Ray disc replication company?
Do you have contacts or pre-existing business relationships with Special Interest Video DVD publishers?
If so, CraniumNet could be a perfect way to turn those assets into a lucrative revenue stream for you.
If you contact those publishers, introduce them to the benefits of MOD Machine delivery of their products, and sign them up as a client, you will be locked into a percentage of revenue from that client’s entire catalog for life.
What kind of video publishers would be ideal?
Here is a list of the kind of video products that would be ideal to deliver through MOD Machine.
How much money would I make?
You make 10% of our Imagine that you had a goal of $75,000 per year. You would contact and meet with as many medium to large DVD publishers as possible.
A typical medium-size DVD publisher with sales of a few million that ran $500,000 through MOD Machine would net you $7,500 per year. If you were able to close one sale per month averaging this size, your income for that year would be $75,000.
Or, if you signed a single large publisher that ran $5M through MOD Machine, this would also net you $75,000. Knowing that there are many Special Interest Video DVD publishers with total sales over $100M per year, 5% through secure download is not unreasonable.
If you were able to sign a couple smaller publishers each week, this would be another way to build up your income.
Remember, this opportunity is most feasible for people with strong existing business relationships or experience with medium to large Special Interest Video DVD publishers.
Ambassador mission #2: Build a KnowledgePod™
What is a KnowledgePod?
A group of one or more Publishers and one or more Affiliates, managed by one or more Ambassadors, all focused on one target demographic, is called a “KnowledgePod.”
If you have experience and solid business connections in a specific field that would benefit from an organized knowledge sharing resource, this might be exactly the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
What is the key to success?
The key to success in this endeavor will be the ability to recruit one or more high traffic websites that will feature and promote the catalog prominently. The affiliates don’t necessarily have to be the publishers of the content, for example, homedepot.com would be a good affiliate for any publisher of home improvement courses.
Give me an example.
Taking the topic area of home improvement as an example, the process would go something like this:
- Meet with potential affiliates like Home Depot or Lowes and explain the benefits of selling home improvement courses featuring products they sell.
- Find an existing publisher of home improvement DVDs, OR, produce your own series of home improvement courses featuring (and perhaps sponsored by) brands carried by your affiliate.
- Launch the catalog, and work with the affiliates to promote, with PR, on their websites, with email, in-store, and with other appropriate marketing strategies.
- Sign up other websites where home improvement people gather.
- Sit back and watch the dough roll in.
How much money would I make?
When building a KnowledgePod, your income would be a percentage of total revenue from all publishers and affiliates. A successfully executed home improvement KnowledgePod with Home Depot or Lowes as affiliates would have estimated revenue in the several million dollar range and it would be reasonable to expect that the Ambassador that made it all happen would make several hundred thousand each year as this KnowledgePod grew, more courses were produced and added, and more affiliates were signed up.
When you consider the explosive growth in the market for training in fields from information technology, to aspects of medical practice, to web technologies, to corporate sales and management, currently $10 billion per year and growing fast, you can imagine how huge the potential is for an organized Ambassador with strong pre-existing contacts in a particular industry.
The process of building a KnowledgePod starts with a focused, intense investment of time up front: recruiting Authors and Publishers and helping faciliate curriculum and course creation, and, meeting with and signing up one or more large, popular Affiliates.
After launch, as Authors continue to create new courses, and more Affiliates join the KnowledgePod, and additional courses are added to the catalog, revenues grow naturally, and the Ambassador’s income continues to increase as time requirements become less and less, allowing the Ambassador to consider launching a second or third KnowledgePod – or tour the world’s finest scuba spots or golf courses while making a very nice residual income.
We offer valuable business development support for qualified Ambassadors.
What’s the next step?
If you are interested in becoming an CraniumNet Ambassador, we’d love to hear from you.
Please include a brief summary of the field, Affiliates or Authors you would approach first, to make sure we don’t already have someone working in the same industry.
Thank you for your time and consideration, and feel free to email us with questions.
