What is the Publisher’s Toolbox?

The Publisher’s Toolbox is a software program provided to each publisher that performs four important functions:

Real Time Account Viewer

One of the most important aspects of any system like MOD Machine is its reliability in tracking sales.

The Real Time Account Viewer gives the publisher a listing of sales as they happen in real time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You will also see payments to you from Leaping Brain, and a constantly updated account balance. You can get reports on individual products or all products, by date range or all dates. There is even an annualized projection of sales, by product or total, based on the date range you select.

We encourage our customers to test the integrity of our bookkeeping at any time, by purchasing a product, perhaps in the middle of the night, under a friend or colleagues name, then immediately check your Real Time Account Viewer to make sure that purchase shows up.

Sales Data Exporter

The Publisher’s Toolbox also allows you to export sales data in tab-delimited format for easy import into your bookkeeping software, Excel, or any other system you wish.

Customer Data Exporter

Export your customer email addresses and other info into your CRM system or email list manager to add them to your mailing list.

Product Chooser/Prioritizer

You can choose which products show up in the catalog, and also choose the default order so you can place items at the top you wish to feature.
