What is the Toolbox?

The Toolbox is a secure web app that performs four important functions:

Real Time Account Viewer

The Real Time Account Viewer is a real time window into your sales as they happen, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can get reports on a specific date range or all dates. There is even an annualized projection of sales based on the range you select. There’s never any guessing or mystery about your sales with the Toolbox.

Real Time Product Viewer

The Toolbox allows you to view sales by product title for any date range.

Real Time Publisher Sales

This report is for affiliates, showing sales of all publishers in your catalog.

Real Time Affilate Sales

This report is for publishers, showing sales of your products through all affiliate catalogs. (Affiliates will not see this report option.)

Sales Data Exporter

The Publisher’s Toolbox also allows you to export sales data in tab-delimited format for easy import into your bookkeeping software, Excel, or any other system you wish.

Customer Data Exporter

Export your customer email addresses and other info into your CRM system or an email list manager to add them to your mailing list. (not yet implemented in newest version)
